Longwood 19th October 2011: FPS would like to announce the 2nd annual FPS Pre-Season Classic for U9 – U15 boys and girls teams. With a brand new location for 2012, the event will be held at the Northwest Recreation Complex in Apopka, FL over the weekend of January 28th – 29th.
In the tournament’s inaugural season teams competed from all over Central Florida. A fantastic competitive environment was created for teams looking to start their season early. The tournament is on track to go beyond last year’s success with a target of over 200 teams expected to be signed up by the tournament deadline on January 9th.
The FPS/FCA Pre-Season Classic’s early bird special price deadline finishes on the 1st of November. With U9/10’s only required to pay $275, U11/12’s $350 and U13-U15’s to pay $400 if registration is received before the deadline. The success of last year’s event has enabled us to move to a bigger facility to accommodate the vast interest we have had for this tournament.”
The FPS/FCA Pre-Season Classic will provide an ideal opportunity for teams to start the new spring soccer season by getting a minimum of 3 games in a competitive environment.
