      <title>FC America Joins Prestigious Super Y League for 2012 and Beyond</title>

"><span style="font-size: 12px; "> </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Verdana; text-align: justify; ">FC America adds another player development option to their program by accepting an invitation to join United Soccer League&rsquo;s Super Y League for the upcoming 2012 season.&nbsp; FC America joins a select group of the top clubs in Florida and around the country, and will compete in the highly competitive Southeast Division with top clubs such as Weston SC, Kendall SC, and Tampa Bay United.</span></p><p><span style="text-align: justify; font-family: Verdana; ">&quot;We are thrilled to have the opportunity for our players in Central Florida to compete against some of the best teams in the country,&quot; said Scott Brody, Director of Coaching at FC America.&nbsp; This is an ideal pre-season tune  up  for High School teams who are looking to get a head start for the   upcoming campaign. The tournament was held between July 11<sup>th</sup> to July 16<sup>th</sup> and several international teams from Brazil, Peru, Canada, Columbia, United Kingdom and many more participated in this very unique tournament. The Florida Excel Girls fought hard in a close game to earn a spot in the final with a 2-1 victory. In the final they faced a familiar local opponent in South Orlando SC and again had to work hard but were crowned champions after they won 2-1. FPS coaches will also use the assessment results to focus  their training with the players and to build targeted technical sessions to  supplement team practices.
