FC America, in conjuction with Florida Premier Soccer, is delighted to announce the club will undertake changes on and off the field in 2011/12 and implement a new level of professionalism to become the premier soccer club in Central Orlando.
FC America and FPS will expand upon their current relationship, which was founded upon a mutual vision of dedication and commitment to player development. Moving forward the club will aim to provide the optimum enviornment for soccer players in central Orlando by providing a superior service and promgramming to players and families while still representing the best value for money in club soccer in Central Orlando.
During the 2011/12 season. FPS will support FC America with a full-time office providing adminstrative and technical support:
Quality and professional coaching staff; access to new US and international professionally licensed and experienced coaches to supplement the already quality staff we have. The introduction of a new full time GK coach.
Superior Player Development Enviornment; age appropriate curriculum support and methodology that has produced two U14 US National Team players in each of the last two years. Access to the latest systems and models, through national and international partnerships that will see FC America as the club within Central Florida that is leading the way in player development.
Improved administration; we are upgrading all our administrative functions - operations, player identification, finance, graphic design, sales, marketing & communication and media/PR.
More frequent communication; dedicated full time staff responsible for communications with players and families, parent managers, coaches and DOC's. Establishing a parent education plan through newsletters and conferences.
Coach Development; implement a new system that will provide continuing support and education to our coaches.
College Placement; a new comprehensive college placement plan, including college showcase team camps, nationally recognized tournaments etc. FPS will provide a support network with information on the college process, improved visibility, online profiles and advice to all players - our contacts in the college world is vital to our success in player development at the collegiate level.
Affordable Pricing Model; Within the model, Premier, Premier Development, competitive/REC and SOE (Schools of Excellence) programming will be offered for all abilities ina tiered structure providing everyone the opportunity to play at an appropriate cost for families. Our model makes us the most affordable/best value in central Florida soccer, program for program.
The club will continue to utilize the services of the best coaches in the Central Orlando area while supplementing the high level US based staff with FPS full-time professional coaches.
The club will continue to operate out of the centrally located facilities at Trotter's Park ensuring that all playersfrom the club and the FPS SOE Program have access to a professional field location for training and game days.
